Starting Tomorrow, Plant Based, Sugar Free and Wheat Free for 40 DAYS
I have fallen off the wagon a few times since the New Year, eating too much sugar and wheat, so tomorrow I am going public with my new regime. Join me as I post recipes, tips on how to make eating a plant based diet easy, tasty and healthy. I promise it can be done. It’s going to be hard for a few days whilst getting rid of sugar cravings, but hey……….. it needs to be done. It’s Valentines, so I am going to give myself a lot of love.
Tomorrow’s breakfast is going to be bulletproof vegan coffee – 2 cups of freshly brewed coffee, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Fat is a great way to keep the sugar cravings away, and good fats are really good for you, specially on a vegan diet. The first few days will be tough, so going to make it easy as possible. I will have a banana on a piece of gluten free toast. I will post all this tomorrow, just getting started for now
