40 Days of Happy – Day 3
FRIDAY GREEN SMOOTHIE for Breakfast
Early start, as I have a stall in Adare this morning, a smoothie is ideal. Into the Nutribullet, I am adding:
A handful of spinach, 1 leaf of kale, 1/2 apple, 1 stick of celery, some frozen pineapple cubes, a teaspoon of chia seeds and hemp seeds for protein, 1 cup of coconut water. Blitz until smooth and vibrantly green.
Don’t forget to eat some fermented foods if you can… you will feel the benefit. I will invite my friend Valerie O’Connor to maybe talk a little about the benefits of these foods, she is a Guru.
