This mornings breakfast was porridge with almond butter, a little almond milk, lots of berries

My week-end days are the busiest as I am working on the stalls, as I pick and don’t take time out to eat properly as I eat on the run, so it’s really important for me to have things prepared to eat for myself, I made sure I brought loads of green juices with me and fermented foods to eat with my gluten free pastas and salads.
My breakfasts have been nutri bullet green juices, I make sure I drink a good bit before I start working and then just before the rush, as it’s to forget and when I stop I realise I haven’t eaten and that is when I go shopping and fill up on rubbish.
Green juices: handful of spinach, handful of blueberries, an apple for the sweetness, handful of parsley and 1 celery stalk, adding coconut water helps to stop sugar cravings too I find. The nutri bullet is excellent and fast.
Lunches: gluten free pasta with turmeric potatoes, fresh spinach, fresh basil and little fresh pesto
Dinners: Salads with red rice and brussel sprouts and lots of fermented foods.
From tomorrow every post will have a recipe attached, make sure to tune, Some recipe will be old and some new. Also I am attending a Charity event with the Mayor so will be sharing the recipe for my sausage wraps and samosas
